Doll Houses From The 80s

We still have the privacy? There is no time

Apparently Google has invented a algorithm that allows corporate executives to be able know in advance which employees are unhappy or are considering changing jobs. This tells us what is now a Republic of article about new technologies.
The news will certainly please the great managers that may well be able to take precautions to avoid loss of valuable work, but what are the advantages for employees? That will no longer have the freedom to look for another job without your boss it learns, attached with all the reasons? It is not considered a f footprint of a breach of privacy ? But above all, we can no longer even have the freedom to formulate a thought negative personal or otherwise with respect to the business we work without a guarantee that those who are above us did not come to know and prepare any repercussions? Yes, because apparently this new tool even allows you to enter into the thoughts of people and detect their level of dissatisfaction. Allow me to bring back the phrases in my opinion the most important part:
"Our algorithm allows us to enter in the minds of employees even before they know they wanted to leave, "said Laszlo Bock, Google's director of human resources.
" The algorithm is able to identify the discontent even before it materializes clearly in mind the employee ".
At present, this futuristic invention is not yet on the market, Google rightly and cleverly may want to keep it all for themselves to avoid competition, but in the case to become available to everyone as it will change the lives of employees? may still express their grievances freely browse without someone in their thoughts in search of what may be annoying to superiors? will still be able to have the freedom to do an interview in another position if they are not satisfied with the current and prevent the rest of know? Will still be able to choose another job without being prevented from doing so?
were not enough cameras in every place where we go and every corner of the street, free Internet, but that seems to actually record our every move on the sites we visit, all cards that require us to do to access many services and personal data that we are practically forced to leave whenever we want to use them, have now also found a way to control our thoughts even before they can think for ourselves ... We're not exaggerating a bit?
